1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RankRR ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RankRR. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Application with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Application, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3 Riot Games Disclaimer
"RankRR isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc."
4 User Conduct & Reputation System
The Application includes a reputation system allowing users to rate teammates. You agree to use this feature responsibly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in:
- Spamming false reports or ratings.
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in "Notes".
- Attempting to manipulate the reputation system database.
5 Subscriptions & Payments
RankRR offers an optional "Pro" subscription that unlocks premium features. By subscribing:
- Payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
6 License & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- Use the Application to violate Riot Games' Terms of Service.
- Redistribute or sell the Application without our consent.
7 Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Any bans, suspensions, or restrictions placed on your Riot Games account.
- Data loss, service interruptions, or technical errors.
- The accuracy of data provided by third-party APIs (Riot API).
8 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the application. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
